Our grapes undergo a gentle maceration at low temperature to draw out their natural color and aromatics, followed by careful pressing and clarification. The must is then fermented under precise temperature control, briefly aged in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant freshness, and finished through cold membrane dealcoholization — a refined process that removes the alcohol while keeping every nuance of flavor and bouquet intact.
